The COMMIT Foundation announced today an expanded multi-year partnership with Workday, the enterprise AI platform for managing people, money, and agents, to support veteran leadership development and strengthen veteran talent pipelines through Workday’s Military and Veteran programs.

This expanded partnership will provide participants with a comprehensive 12-week career development and life design experience through Pursue Your Purpose (PYP), COMMIT’s proprietary online curriculum. The program includes customized training, onboarding resources to support the transition into civilian careers, dedicated coaching sessions, executive coaching, and a Gallup CliftonStrengths® assessment. Participants will also gain access to COMMIT’s digital leadership resources, network, and Alumni community.

In addition to supporting veteran professionals within Workday, the partnership will also engage transitioning service members through onsite transformation workshops hosted by Workday for COMMIT Fellows. These sessions help these veterans—whether or not they plan to work at Workday—better understand the transition into the civilian workforce by connecting them with industry leaders, offering real-world career insights, and creating meaningful opportunities for relationship-building while strengthening the future veteran talent pipeline.
